HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
Please contact office@gripvolt.com with your order number and the reason for your request. For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, include photos or a short video where possible. Change-of-mind returns are not offered except where required by applicable law. Please see our Refund Policy for eligibility, statutory cancellation rights and return instructions.
When will I get my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, estimated delivery is 7–14 business days for the United States and other international destinations, and 4–7 business days for the UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.
